Job summary
Ambition, a property developer in Hong Kong, invites applications for a Senior Quantity Surveying Manager to lead commercial management and cost control across a portfolio of large-scale residential developments, including high-rise towers and luxury multi-family projects.
You will oversee procurement strategies, tender evaluation, contract administration, and high-level negotiations, while mentoring an in-house team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSs through pre-development to handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 10–15+ years in QS and commercial management.
- HKIS or RICS membership is advantageous.
- Open to developer or top-tier contractor/consultancy.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management and cost control across residential portfolio.
- Establish procurement strategies and evaluate main contracts.
- Oversee tenders, negotiations and subcontractor packages.
- Drive cost benchmarking, value engineering, and risk management.
- Oversee contract administration, variations, EOT, disputes.
- Mentor in-house QS team across project phases.
