Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of tendering and procurement experience.
• Chartered HKIS or RICS membership would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and QS software (e.g. CostX, Candy).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, with good team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end tendering and procurement lifecycle for construction projects to ensure commercial compliance and efficiency.
• Orchestrate subcontractor selection and resource allocation during pre-bidding with cost competitiveness.
• Proactively identify and onboard premium subcontractor resources; manage regional subcontractor database.
• Drive market research on regional resources and industry drivers to generate strategic market intelligence reports.
