Job summary

Best Fine (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to oversee inline and final inspections for fashion handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories in our Kowloon Bay facility.

You will monitor production, report status to merchandising, and collaborate with factories and suppliers on quality issues. Strong material knowledge and English/Putonghua are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality/Manufacturing Management or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 8 years’ QC experience with handbags and leather goods (high quality/branded preferred).
• Experience in buying or sourcing offices is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials (PU, PVC, leather, fabrics) and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in English and Putonghua (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel frequently to PRC and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inline and final quality inspections of fashion handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories.
• Monitor production and delivery status and report to merchandising teams.
• Communicate closely with merchandising teams, factories and suppliers on quality issues.
• Provide technical support and resolve quality issues with factories and suppliers.
• Assist manager to conduct factory audits if possessing prior experience.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
