Job summary
Best Fine (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an experienced Materials & Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with overseas offices on materials for fashion handbags, SLG, luggage and travel accessories. You will manage timelines, approve lab dips, and ensure sample quality through development and mass production.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in handbag, SLG, or travel goods & accessories.
- Experience in multinational buying offices preferred.
- Proven track record with US market and branded fashion handbag labels is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and material treatments.
- Fluency in English and Putonghua.
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas offices to co-develop materials for handbags, SLG, luggage, and travel accessories.
- Monitor development timelines, evaluate and approve lab dips, and ensure on-time delivery of samples.
- Provide hands-on technical support and resolve quality issues during product development and mass production.
- Source and identify new material suppliers, textile mills, and component vendors for design inspiration.
- Prepare development status reports and maintain material databases to track progress.
- Assist managers with ad-hoc projects and streamline daily operations.
