Job summary

Kid Line Worldwide Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Head of Quality Control to lead our Overseas factory QC team. You will ensure all golf bags and related products meet international quality standards and customer specifications, and you will develop QA procedures across production lines.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing quality control, strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards and Six Sigma, and hands-on factory audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing quality control, preferably in textile, sporting goods, or bag production.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, testing procedures and Six Sigma.
• Hands-on experience with factory audits, compliance checks, and customer quality requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality control department at the Overseas factory.
• Ensure all golf bags and related products meet international quality standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures across production lines.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce defect rates.
• Organize and oversee supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with material standards.
• Train and mentor QC staff, building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
