Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Quality Manager / Assistant Quality Manager (QC / QA) to oversee quality assurance and technical execution across major global brand portfolios. You will lead end-to-end quality standards across global vendor networks and work closely with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5 to 8 years in apparel quality management, strong garment construction knowledge, and travel to overseas facilities in Southeast Asia and Mainland China.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of quality management experience in apparel sourcing, trading, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical acumen in garment construction, pattern making, fitting, and fabric performance.
• Experience with US retail/brand buyers and offshore vendor bases.
• Willingness to travel to overseas manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia and Mainland China.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end quality standards, technical compliance, and operational excellence across global vendor networks.
• Oversee and manage multiple international brands with a strong focus on US markets.
• Provide robust technical direction across multi-product apparel categories from pre-production through final inspection.
• Formulate and implement QA protocols, risk assessment, and CAPA to minimize defects and delays.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Fabric/Technical, Compliance and offshore factories to resolve roadblocks.
• Conduct regular offshore factory audits and site evaluations to maintain capability and compliance.
