Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances is preferred.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• PMP Tier 1 Licence holder preferable.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Strong in report writing.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial buildings and/or serviced apartments.
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants.
• Act as the company’s representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants.
