Job summary

Swire Properties Limited is seeking a Senior Property Supervisor to lead the Citygate Outlets Property Management Team in Hong Kong. The role oversees daily operations, coordinates with security and service providers, and ensures excellent tenant relations while handling emergencies and routine procedures.

The successful candidate will bring 7+ years in property management with supervisory experience, English and Chinese fluency, and relevant professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Form 7 or above with security or property management training.
• Minimum 7 years' experience, at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Institute of Housing qualification or PMP Tier 2 preferred.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit required.
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the daily operations and administration of the Property Management Team.
• Liaise and coordinate with security, cleaning, and general services for commercial tenants.
• Implement routine procedures.
• Maintain tenant relations and handle emergencies.
