The ideal candidate has extensive security/building management experience, formal training, and a valid permit, with strong customer service and leadership abilities. The position is a full-time, on-site role with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Property Supervisor to join our Property Management Team in Hong Kong’s largest outlet mall – Citygate Outlets. It is a perfect destination for Shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Reporting to Manager, Property Management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Property Management Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and oversee the daily operations and administration of the Property Management Team
• Lisise and coordinate with different parties including but not limited to security, cleaning, and general services for commercial tenants
• Implement routine procedures
• Maintain tenant relations and handle emergencies

REQUIREMENTS

• Form 7 or above, preferably with formal training in Security or Property Management
• Minimum 7 years’ experiences with at least 5 years at supervisory level in both security and building management
• Professional qualification with Institute of Housing or holder of PMP (Tier 2) license preferred
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit is required
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools (e.g. Copilot) for report preparation, data analysis and daily operations
• 5-day work, willing to work on roster basis
