Job summary

Link REIT is seeking an Assistant Officer – Property Management to deliver high-quality property services for our malls, fresh markets, and car parks in Hong Kong. You will monitor contractors, respond to emergencies and inquiries, and support management office operations.

The role requires a degree or diploma in property management or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or Diploma/Higher Certificate in Property Management, Housing Management, Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality property management service for shopping malls, fresh markets and car parks.
• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet standards and regulations.
• Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute policy and strategy.
• Provide administration support in the management office.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
