Swire Properties Limited is seeking a Senior Property Supervisor for Citygate Outlets in Hong Kong. The role leads the Property Management Team and reports to the Manager, Property Management, ensuring smooth daily operations for a premier retail destination.

The ideal candidate has extensive security/building management experience, formal training, and a valid permit, with strong customer service and leadership abilities. The position is a full-time, on-site role with a 5-day work week.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in security and building management, with 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Formal training in Security or Property Management preferred.
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit is required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and administration of the Property Management Team.
• Coordinate with security, cleaning and services for tenants and emergencies.
• Implement routine procedures and processes.
• Maintain strong tenant relations and handle emergencies.
