Job summary

Uniworld Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensure service standards, and coordinate with owners and tenants.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Property Management, at least 5 years’ experience, PMP certification, and strong English and Putonghua communication. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential, with a hands-on, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate the daily operations tasks related to our property portfolio.
• Oversee the security, cleaning services and repair/maintenance conditions of assigned properties.
• Organize and actively engage in regular meetings with Incorporated Owners and Owners' Committee.
• Oversee and monitor the income and expenses of assigned properties.
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants/owners.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a property management company

Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances

Holder of PMP License is required

A good team player, highly responsible with excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude

Good MS Office skills, with practical MS Excel fluency (hands-on formula usage) essential

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Candidates with a stable track record are an advantage
