Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the operation team, delivering comprehensive property and facilities management services for tenants and visitors.

You will oversee site operations, manage contractor performance to ensure statutory compliance, handle inquiries and emergencies, and take on ad hoc projects as required. Applicants with relevant qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years’ experience in property management or hospitality industry.
• Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Applicant or holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) preferred.
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation team to provide excellent and valued-add property and facilities management services for our tenants and visitors
• Maintain good relationship with tenants by provision of excellent management services
• Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and meet the standard of the Company
• Handle enquires / complaints / emergency matters as necessary and proper monitoring of manpower performance
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required
