Job summary

Knight Frank Petty Limited is seeking a property management professional to oversee general property services and day-to-day operations for a commercial building in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes customer experience, service innovation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial or industrial leasing and property management, with a degree or diploma in Property Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Commercial or Industrial Leasing Experience Required.
• Oversee day-to-day property management portfolio of commercial building.
• Supervising the performance of contractors on daily operations.
• Attend I/O meetings and perform regular site visits.
• Monitor the performance of cleaning contractors & operation of the mall.
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in shopping malls or commercial properties.
• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management.
• 5 years+ of experience in property management.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Property Officer.
