Job summary

Goodwell Property Management Limited is seeking a seasoned Property/Facilities Manager in Hong Kong to lead our property and facilities teams. The role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and excellent bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• 8+ years relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• PMP(T1) preferred or professional membership.
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
