Hanison Project Management Limited is seeking a Senior Property Development Officer to drive property development, market research, feasibility studies and leasing operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee planning and modification in development projects and perform general surveying and valuation tasks.

The role requires a degree in surveying, 5+ years in general practice surveying, and professional qualifications such as MHKIS/MRICS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Surveying or related discipline required.
• At least 5 years of experience in general practice surveying.
• Professional qualification such as MHKIS/MRICS is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of lands matters, development processes and landlord/tenant matters.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsible for property development and investment matters, carrying out market research and feasibility studies to identify investment potential, planning and modification matters in development projects, handling daily leasing matters including documentation and complaints/requests, and performing general practice surveying and valuation matters as well as ad-hoc tasks whenever necessary.

About you

Degree in Surveying or related discipline

Strong market sense, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

Good spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferred
