Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Surveying, MRICS/MHKIS, and 8+ years in valuation or acquisitions across government, consultancies, developers, or local investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Surveying is required.
• MRICS or MHKIS qualification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of valuation/acquisition experience in government, consultancies, developers, or local investors.
• Must be numerate and detail-oriented.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies on land tender, acquisitions and redevelopment projects
• Prepare development proposals, reports and present recommendations to senior management
• Prepare planning application, land exchange, lease modification and premium assessment
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trends and government initiatives

Requirements

• Tertiary Educated in Bachelor of Science in Surveying or relevant disciplines
• MHKIS/ MRICS qualified is a must
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant valuation/ acquisition experience, including government, consultancies, developers and local investors
• Must be highly sensitive to numbers and detail oriented
• Fluent English and Cantonese
