Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Senior Interior Design and Project Lead to manage renovations and fitting-out projects for high-end hotels, private clubs and F&B venues in Hong Kong. You will lead from feasibility to handover, coordinating consultants and contractors to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance.

The role requires a degree in interior design or architecture, 10+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior design, architecture or related discipline.
• 10+ years of fitting-out experience with consultants and developers on high-end hotels, private clubs and F&B projects.
• High literacy and a good grasp of design data and trends.
• A resourceful and creative mind with good computer literacy.
• Conversant in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Work with PMO, stakeholders and consultants to manage renovations from feasibility to handover.
• Draft design briefs, scopes of works and terms of reference for procurement of consultants and suppliers.
• Develop images, mood boards and presentation materials for communications.
• Plan and maintain the master programme to monitor design progress and approvals.
• Prepare high-level cost estimations and monitor project costs within budget; prepare contracts and variations.
• Review design submissions including concept, schematic and detailed drawings, tender docs and construction submissions.
• Set up standards for management of all visual information for the Club.
• Conduct feasibility studies, establish scopes and craft viable design solutions emphasizing quality, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with corporate governance and strategic objectives.
