Job summary

redfish solutions is seeking an experienced Interior Design Leader to join our hospitality and lifestyle design practice in Hong Kong. This senior, client-facing role focuses on design excellence, team leadership, and building strong client relationships throughout the design journey.

You will lead 2–3 concurrent accounts across hotels, restaurants, or wellness spaces, translating briefs into on-brand concepts and ensuring delivery from concept to design development while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior interior design role within hospitality, hotels, F&B, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a design team.
• Strong track record managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing creative concept development and hospitality/lifestyle projects.

This is a senior, client-facing role for a design professional who thrives on leading creative teams and building strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout the design journey.

You will take ownership of the design vision and delivery across 2–3 concurrent client accounts, spanning hotels, restaurants, members' clubs, wellness spaces, or other lifestyle-driven environments. This role is designed for a design-first leader — you will not be responsible for contract negotiation, procurement, or financial management, allowing you to focus fully on design excellence, team leadership, and client relationships.
