Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited's Property Department seeks a seasoned professional to lead racecourse renovations and fittings, from concept through handover, ensuring design meets scope, budget, quality and safety. Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager, you will coordinate with PMO, consultants and vendors, prepare cost estimates, review drawings, and set standards for visual information.

Candidates should have a degree in interior design or architecture, 10+ years fit-out experience, bilingual

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of fitting out experience with consultants and developers on high end hotels, private clubs and F&B projects.
• Degree in interior design, architecture or a related discipline.
• High literacy and a good grasp of design data and trends.
• Resourceful and creative mind with good computer literacy.
• Conversant in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the racecourse PMO, internal stakeholders, project team and consultant team to undertake renovation projects from feasibility stage to handover stage.
• Assist in drafting design briefs, scopes of works and terms of reference for the procurement of consultants and suppliers.
• Assist in developing images, impressions, mood boards and presentation materials for internal and external communications.
• Assist in planning and upkeeping the master programme to monitor the design process and internal approvals.
• Prepare high level cost estimations and assist in monitoring and controlling project costs within the approved budget, including managing and monitoring the preparation of contract documentation, variations, estimates and expenditures.
• Review design submissions from interior designers, including concept design proposals, schematic and detailed drawings, as well as tender documents, construction drawings and material submissions from contractors.
• Assist in setting up standards and guidelines for the management of all visual information for the Club
