Job summary

St. James' Settlement in Hong Kong seeks a Centre Manager to lead daily operations of its elderly services Centre in Wan Chai. You will oversee a project team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and coordinate programmes for elderly persons and their carers.

You will liaise with community partners, monitor progress against targets, manage budgets and prepare reports. Strong leadership, communication and budget skills are essential, as is fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• 5 years post-degree Social Work experience.
• Experience in elderly services, carer support services or community-based programmes.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of project management, budget monitoring and service evaluation.
• Ability to work independently, supervise a team and collaborate with community stakeholders; self-motivated, responsible.
