Job summary

Agilis Robotics Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead production-site maintenance and quality-management activities. You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, review technical documents, and coordinate with industrial and clinical partners to ensure timely completion.

The role requires a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and extensive procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in a related discipline.
• Preferred at least 15 years of working experience.
• Certified ISO 13485 internal auditor is preferred.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in solution sourcing and procurement is important.
• Responsible, independent with strong problem-solving skills. Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Innovative and research minds are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning to maintain the production sites and the quality management system.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Review and prepare comprehensive project documentation such as functional specifications, technical manuals, and test plans.
• Support project management and coordination with industrial and clinical partners.
• Coordination and execution of preclinical trials.
• Work with vendors and contractors to negotiate terms, facilitate site examinations, and ensure smooth procurement.
• Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to incorporate user feedback and insights into product design and development.
• Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and build applications.
• Support any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
