Job summary

GOERTEK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to guide ultra-precision motion platform development from concept to production. This hands-on role requires coordinating across mechanical, electrical, control, software and manufacturing teams.

You will translate product requirements into engineering milestones, manage scope, schedule, resources, risks and budget, and report status to senior management. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control, or related field.
• 5+ years of R&D project management experience in semiconductor equipment or high-precision capital equipment.
• Must have technical R&D project experience, not pure delivery or commercial PM background.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; able to communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

We are hiring an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead the development of ultra-precision motion platforms in Hong Kong. This is a hands-on R&D role — not pure delivery or commercial project management. You will drive technical projects from concept to production, working with cross-functional engineering teams.

About you

Bachelor's or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control, or related field.

5+ years of R&D project management experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment or high-precision capital equipment.

Not a pure delivery/commercial PM background — must have technical R&D project experience.

Familiar with precision motion control, mechatronics, servo systems, or ultra-precision manufacturing.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken) as you will be required to communicate with stakeholders from different cultural and language background.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
