Job summary

PERSOL, on behalf of a world-leading biotechnology company, seeks a Senior Project Associate in Hong Kong. You will support the Medical Team to translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables, and help manage annual planning, events, and launch readiness.

You will coordinate with Global Medical, Medical Directors, budget partners and other functions, maintain dashboards, and handle meetings and budget-related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 years of project/program management experience.
• Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, R&D, Compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Medical Team in executing its product strategy with clear plans and owners.
• Support annual planning, marketing events, launch readiness, and goal tracking.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to manage regional processes and align deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate meetings; ensure agendas, minutes, and pre-reads are prepared.
• Provide administrative duties including budget management and documentation.
• Maintain timelines, dashboards, trackers, Teams channels, and SharePoint resources.
• Coordinate with Global Medical, Medical Directors, budget partners and other functions.
