Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Senior Manager, Charities (Older Adults - Project Management) to lead the planning, development and execution of TIPs within the Charities and Community Division. You will coordinate project governance, manage budgets, and engage with NGOs, government and community partners to deliver impactful ageing-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, Public Health, or Social Work.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with ≥3 years in management.
• Skilled in project management and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of government policies and elderly services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial support to the Project Team and maintain governance records.
• Develop project plans with tasks, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Monitor project delivery against objectives and timelines with partners.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement and supplier contracts and payments.
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies with partners and government.
• Coordinate progress updates and provide secretarial support to committees.
• Coach team members on risk mitigation and effective communication.
• Support development of new grant-making projects and TIPs under Positive Ageing and Elderly Care.
