Job summary

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries is seeking a Senior Officer, Project Management – Temporary (7 months) to join our team. The role reports to the Manager and oversees the planning and execution of corporate events, from seminars to workshops, ensuring seamless logistics and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in Marketing or related fields, have 2–3 years of relevant experience, and are fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and organise corporate events, including seminars, forums, workshops and project-related events;
• Manage event logistics and administration, including invitations, registrations, venue arrangements, and liaison with vendors and service providers;
• Monitor and coordinate the work progress and deliverables of production vendors, design agencies and contractors to ensure project requirements are met;
• Draft, edit and coordinate bilingual communications materials, including press releases and promotional content;
• Liaise with design agencies and external partners in the production of marketing and promotional materials;
• Coordinate media and publicity activities, including the preparation and distribution of press releases;
• Provide administrative and operational support for projects and undertake other ad hoc assignments as required;
• Provide support for any other ad-hoc duties and activities.
