Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group is a leading E&M engineering service provider headquartered in Hong Kong, with operations in Macau, Mainland China, US and UK. We deliver multi-disciplinary E&M engineering and technology services and also manufacture lifts and escalators.

We seek Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager for liaison with clients and contractors, monitoring progress and safety, and assisting tenders and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related engineering disciplines.
• 8+ years of relevant working experience with 2 years supervisory in E&M building services contracts.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and main contractors to ensure smooth daily project operations.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services orother related Engineering disciplines
• Possess 8 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years’ supervisory experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Candidate with more experience would be consider as Assistant Project Manager
