Qualifications

• Bachelor- or professional-level architectural credentials with HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC equivalence.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory.
• Experience leading design and technical development on complex projects.
• Proficiency in architectural construction methods and building systems required.
• LEED accreditation preferred; LEED AP or GA expected within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions supporting project design intent.
• Explore 2D/3D design studies to determine optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate development, production and delivery as technical leader.
• Contribute to project delivery strategies and supervise benchmark document production.
• Communicate with client representatives to align design objectives.
• Manage junior staff and report progress to Senior Architect and Technical Director.
• Report progress to Design Director and HOK leadership.
