Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s preferred.
3–5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings.
Proficiency in Revit and strong technical abilities required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
US project experience preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred; LEED AP or GA required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details using BIM.
Develops solutions to design problems following established standards.
Modifies drawings according to standards and supports project milestones.
Works with design team to meet aggressive schedules.
Compiles data and performs basic design calculations.
Assists with materials selection and system research for projects.
Reports to Project Architect/Project Designer.
