Job summary

DXC Technology Hong Kong is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end program delivery for business solutions, closely coordinating with offshore delivery and COE teams. The role emphasizes strategic analysis, accountability for service delivery, and customer satisfaction across major client accounts.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with account teams and COE resources, and ensure proper resource allocation, design reviews, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in leading a team with 30+ headcount.
• Delivery and project experience in a Service Integrator Industry, Insurance Industry or Banking Environment (software related solution/services).
• Experience managing customer expectations and delivery timelines.
• Experience with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies.
• Experience working with company application development policies and procedures.
• Experience with product systems design principles and appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
• Support program management team members, assisting with their development and performance.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure program success.
• Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts.
• Identify and address potential risks that may impact program delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.
