Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or preferred in a related field and extensive experience in leading large delivery teams.
Experience managing delivery timelines and customer expectations is essential.
Familiarity with software development life cycle and corporate policies is expected.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute program plans ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
Support program management team members and assist with development and performance.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and prepare regular status reports.
Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.
Identify and address risks that may impact program delivery.
