• Experience leading large delivery teams and end-to-end service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with COE and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end service delivery ensuring objectives are met and issues resolved.
• Collaborates with account teams and COE resources to identify solutions.
• Articulates value propositions and coordinates resource allocation to meet client needs.
• Reviews design documents with Solution Architects and translates to components.
• Leads delivery with design expertise to create reusable components and cost efficiency.
• Liaises between architects and development teams to coordinate product development.
• Develops technical documentation and oversees test-plan development and deployment.
• Participates in project meetings to communicate design decisions to staff.
• Guides less experienced personnel and ensures designs meet specifications.
• Mentors and evaluates staff, managing budgets and performance variances.
