Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT implementation projects and manage support contracts for mission-critical systems serving government departments and the Hong Kong International Airport.

You will oversee planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• At least 3 years as Project Manager or Team Lead in IT system implementation projects and support & maintenance
• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
• ERP implementation and support experience with YonYou and Kingdee
• ITIL / ITSM knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage SLAs, incidents, and continuous service improvement for contracts
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor members
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate critical issues
• Coordinate third-party vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation and post-implementation reviews
