Job summary

BAH Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Hong Kong to join the APAC Sales & Trading technology team. The role focuses on automating production processes, improving release quality and enhancing system reliability across critical trading applications.

You will build Python-based automation tools, design CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with traders and engineers to support front-to-back trading lifecycle, including OMS and post-trade systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE, DevOps or Software Engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Strong Python development skills for reliable automation solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation tools to improve production stability and resilience.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and rollback processes.
• Build automated integration and regression testing frameworks with software engineering teams.
• Improve monitoring, alerting and observability across trading applications.
