Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, quantitative finance, CS, engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in operations, trade support, or similar environment.
• Strong interest in financial markets and process improvement.
• Python programming experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade support and monitoring across daily activities with accurate processing.
• Trade booking and validation, ensuring correct recording in systems.
• Settlement lifecycle management and timely follow-ups on outstanding items.
• Daily reconciliations, investigating breaks and discrepancies.
• Manage corporate actions, cash movements, and funding requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams for inquiries.
• Review workflows, document procedures, and improve controls.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline processes.
