AIA Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager in Product Innovation and Strategy to shape product development for wealth lines and support multi-channel distribution. You will drive strategic design, gather market insights, and build business cases for senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and project management abilities to deliver timely product initiatives across channels in a dynamic market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the insurance industry in Hong Kong (candidates with less experience may be considered at Manager level).
• Insurance product development or innovation is preferable.
• All-round experience in business development, strategic planning and project management.
• Experience at regional office and re-insurer is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems, and translate data into insights.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and functions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
