Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to drive the saving products strategy, including traditional savings, Investment Linked and Universal Life, with focus on quality and timeliness.

You will own end-to-end product design, coordinate with channels, pricing, actuarial, operations, and regulatory compliance to deliver customer-centric outcomes across multi-channel distribution; university degree and 10–15 years' insurance experience preferred, strong

Qualifications

• University/college degree in relevant field.
• Around 10–15 years of working experience in insurance, actuarial science or related background is preferred.
• Creative with innovative thinking and customer oriented.
• Experience in business development, strategic planning and project management.
• Knowledge in marketing and communication is a plus.
• Distribution channel experience across agency and bancassurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and develop new product ideas for multi-channels.
• Lead product design and development cycle in line with company strategies.
• Collaborate with channels to deliver product initiatives for business goals.
• Conduct focus groups with customers and frontline to test ideas.
• Provide training visits to frontline for new product launches.
