AIA Australia is seeking a Senior Leader to manage High Net Worth product positioning and cross-market program delivery across Hong Kong, Singapore, and new markets. You will lead product roadmaps, governance, and customer-focused ecosystems, leveraging deep HNW domain expertise to drive launches with distributors' feedback and market benchmarking.

Formación

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10–15 years of life insurance product strategy or HNW experience in Asian or international markets.
• Strong knowledge of HNW life insurance and wealth solutions with market research and GTM planning.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end, cross-market product development and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Market & Competitor Intelligence: conduct competitive product analysis and customer insight studies across markets for HNW needs.
• PMO & Cross-Functional Governance: run PMO to track milestones and drive cross-functional delivery across HK, SG, and other markets.
• HNW Product Strategy, Positioning and Differentiation: drive feasibility studies, pricing design, investment strategy and GTM for HNW products across markets.
• Cross-Market Product Delivery & Review: collaborate with distribution, actuarial, pricing, finance and investment teams for end-to-end product implementation and post-launch review.
• Product Roadmap and In-market Governance: coordinate multi-market product roadmaps and governance across HK, SG, and new markets.
• HNW Value-Added Services (VAS) & Ecosystems: formulate differentiated value-added service propositions and prestige offerings across markets.
