Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior product leader to shape strategy and drive the development of insurance products. You will perform market research, define roadmaps, and align with growth objectives, customer needs and channel priorities, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful product initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing multi-project timelines, engaging distribution partners, and leveraging data analytics to optimize profitability and product-market fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the insurance industry in Hong Kong.
• Insurance product development or innovation is preferable.
• Experience in business development, strategic planning and project management.
• Experience at regional office and re-insurer is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team effectiveness.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
