Job summary

• Strategic and forward thinking, bringing to HSBC external/ market intelligence to propose better, smarter ways of account opening
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working closely with business and IT teams across HSBC, HASE and Global
• KYC/CDD or Onboarding experience, with strengths in process reengineering/ mapping and solid track record in change delivery
• Bilingual language skills (English + Chinese)
