HSBC is seeking a strategic senior professional in Hong Kong with 10+ years of experience to drive KYC/CDD onboarding enhancements and leverage market intelligence to optimise account opening.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams across HSBC and Global units, manage stakeholders, and deliver change initiatives in onboarding workflows.

Formación

• Experience in KYC/CDD or onboarding processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in English and Chinese communications.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage external/market intelligence to enhance HSBC account opening processes.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams across HSBC, HASE and Global for onboarding improvements.
• Deliver change initiatives and drive process reengineering in onboarding workflows.

• Bilingual language skills (English + Chinese)
