Zusammenfassung

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a meticulous professional to support onboarding and ongoing client service activities within the Fund Services team. You will coordinate KYC, bank setups and regulatory updates, while maintaining data integrity and templates.

The role requires strong communication in Mandarin and English and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. With a Master’s in Accounting/Finance and at least four years in financial services, you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in financial services preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to produce neatly presented work.

Aufgaben

• Assist Relationship Manager with onboarding and integration of new Fund Services Clients.
• Coordinate bank account opening, FATCA/CRS onboarding and KYC document tracking.
• Update onboarding system and parameter system data.
• Support regulator client services review, profitability analysis and regulatory updates.
• Maintain onboarding team templates, procedures and trackers.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
