HSBC Centre, Kowloon, Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive strategic onboarding improvements. The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication across business and IT teams within HSBC, HASE and Global, with KYC/CDD or onboarding experience and bilingual English and Chinese proficiency.

The position emphasizes leveraging external and market intelligence to enhance account opening processes, with a focus on change delivery and end-to-end process mapping.
