Wati, the AI-powered customer engagement platform, is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager in Hong Kong. You will shape how product teams operate, connect strategy with execution, and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM.

You will champion AI-powered workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and build scalable operating rhythms. This role emphasizes independent problem solving, data-informed decisions, and measurable outcomes to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant exp in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, planning, prioritisation, and modern product practices.
• Demonstrated experience building, improving, and scaling operational processes across teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the product organization's operating rhythms (planning, roadmaps, OKRs, leadership reviews).
• Establish clear accountability and decision-making processes to reduce constant coordination.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then implement scalable solutions.
• Develop governance frameworks creating consistency while allowing speed.
• Build trusted reporting systems and metric definitions with data teams.
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform product investment and resource allocation.
• Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into product priorities and outcomes.
• Own core tool stack (Heap, Figma, Userpilot, Notion, Productboard) and pursue AI-enabled workflows.
