Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. seeks a VP/Director of Product Operations in Hong Kong to lead the design, optimization, monitoring, and governance of core operational workflows.

You will oversee end-to-end product operations lifecycle, from listing reviews to system configuration and daily data maintenance, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years in private banking/financial services operations, strong English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 4–5 years of experience in Private Banking, Family Office or Insurance operations.
• Strong proficiency in operations management with deep B2C product lifecycle understanding.
• Proven experience managing organizations, branches, or business institutions.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and dependable with proven execution.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team player capable of driving cross-departmental projects.
• Hands-on experience in information system requirements analysis and business process optimization (BPO).
• Ability to translate real-world business scenarios into actionable IT and digital infrastructure solutions.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

• Spearheaded the design, optimization, monitoring, and institutionalization of core operational workflows.

• Managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing initial listing reviews, system configuration validation, and daily data maintenance.
• Formulated standardized operational guidelines and governed the granting, auditing, and revocation of system access permissions.
• Developed and maintained comprehensive quality metrics and evaluation frameworks for product ecosystems.
