Job summary

Wati is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to architect and scale B2B sales and messaging workflows on its AI-native platform. You will partner with customers, sales, and engineering to translate real-world workflows into scalable product capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and automation.

You will help high-volume customer conversations, optimize sales conversion, and explore AI-driven experiences to drive growth for global customers.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management, with strong B2B SaaS experience.
Experience shipping products for sales workflows and CRM systems.
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and inquiry-driven follow-up.
Ability to work with engineering on APIs, integrations and platform capabilities.
Experience partnering with customers and GTM teams to translate business problems into solutions.
Strong product judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iteration.
Collaborate with customers and sales teams to map real B2B workflows.
Translate workflows into scalable product capabilities including messaging automation and CRM-like flows.
Partner with engineering to design features supporting high-volume messaging and sales ops.
Identify opportunities to boost sales efficiency and conversion rates.
Use data and experiments to continuously improve product impact.
