Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own meme‑driven Web3 experiences and shape strategy, roadmaps, and PRDs for engagement and trading flows. You will partner across Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance in a fast‑paced, global environment.

This remote-first role requires 5+ years in Web3/crypto, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a proven track record delivering cross‑team products with data‑driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading large cross-team products focused on experience optimization and conversion.
• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows including wallets, signing flows, on-chain interactions.
• Strong system design and decomposition abilities; detail-oriented execution.
• Data-driven: metrics, funnel analysis, experiments, and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities from meme market trends and social sentiment.
• Partner with internal teams to design meme-related product experiences and engagement mechanisms.
• Develop Web3 product strategy, roadmap, PRD, and phased delivery for experience optimization initiatives.
• Drive improvements in workflow efficiency, content clarity, and conversion across key product journeys.
• Build KPI loops: instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, and impact reporting.
• Leverage product data and stakeholder inputs to prioritize improvements and optimize friction points.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies.
• Define scalable product solutions balancing user experience, business goals, and regulatory requirements in Web3.

• Define scalable product solutions that balance experience quality, business goals, and regulatory requirements in a Web3 environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience; strong product background in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong track record leading large, cross-team products focused on experience optimization, conversion, workflow improvement, or journey efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing flows, transaction states, and related user behaviors.
• Strong system design + decomposition ability; detail-oriented execution.
• Data-driven: metrics, funnel analysis, experiments, and impact measurement.
• Ability to identify friction points in complex product flows and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience working across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
