Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead listing campaigns, growth initiatives and cross‑functional launches. You will own strategy, plan campaigns, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, risk, legal, and operations to deliver compliant, data‑driven outcomes.

You have 5+ years in product or project management in crypto or fintech, a ownership mindset, strong problem-solving, and bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

• Plan and launch listing campaigns, including referral rewards and promos to attract users and boost activity.
• Understand crypto spot trading rules and user behavior; propose growth strategies to drive traffic and trading volume.
• Identify opportunities in listing campaigns and growth, driving solutions from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, risk, legal and operations for compliant product launches.
• Define and monitor campaign metrics; analyze performance and optimize outcomes based on data.
• Conduct market and competitor research to translate insights into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch listing campaign products, such as referral rewards and promotional events, to attract new users and improve retention and trading activity.
• Develop a deep understanding of crypto spot trading rules and user behavior, and propose effective growth strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and trading volume.
• Independently identify business problems and opportunities in listing campaigns and spot trading growth, and proactively drive solutions from ideation to execution.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, risk management, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant product launches.
• Define and monitor key metrics for listing campaigns, analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve product outcomes based on data and user feedback.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay on top of industry trends, user needs, and product innovations, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in crypto, trading, fintech, or other fast-paced internet industries.
• Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset, with the ability to take full responsibility for projects and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify issues, structure problems clearly, and push solutions through to completion.
• Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and detail-conscious, with a strong sense of accountability for both process and outcomes.
• Good business judgment and market sensitivity, with the ability to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into practical product strategies.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to align stakeholders and work effectively across teams including engineering, listing, trading, marketing, risk, and legal.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum, and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Deep interest in and understanding of the crypto industry, especially spot trading products, market dynamics, and user behavior.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
