Binance is seeking a motivated Product Data Analyst Intern to join our Product DA team in Hong Kong. You will work with senior analysts on real product analytics projects, including funnel analysis and A/B evaluation, and help build dashboards for core metrics.

This hands-on role offers exposure to product strategy and large-scale data infrastructure, with a remote-first environment and opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a quantitative degree.
• Internship experience in product analytics preferred.
• Curiosity to identify trends and explain data patterns.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for overseas coordination.
• Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, independence.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R; data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels and identify drop‑offs.
• Support A/B evaluation: pull data, validate cohorts, compute uplift, summarize results.
• Build and maintain dashboards for core metrics (CTR, conversion rate, UV/PV).
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests — segmentation, feature adoption, campaign analysis.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data pipelines and monitor data quality.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visuals for product teams.

We are looking for a motivated Product Data Analyst Intern to join our Product DA team. You will work alongside senior analysts on real product analytics projects — including conversion funnel analysis, A/B experiment evaluation, and dashboard building. This is a hands‑on role where you'll gain exposure to product strategy, experiment‑driven decision making, and large‑scale data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels, identifying drop‑off points and improvement opportunities
• Support A/B experiment evaluation: pull experiment data, validate cohort allocation (sanity checks), calculate uplift metrics, and summarize results
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics (CTR, conversion rate, UV/PV)
• Respond to product team ad‑hoc data requests — user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, campaign performance analysis
• Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines; assist in data quality monitoring
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visualizations for product teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field)
• Internship experience in product analytics or related data analysis roles preferred
• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals (hypothesis testing, p-value, confidence intervals)
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Fast learner with curiosity about product strategy and user behavior
• Competency in one or more of the following:
  • SQL (able to write complex queries with CTEs, window functions, subqueries)
  • Programming (Python/R for data manipulation)
  • A data visualization tool (e.g. DataWind, Tableau, PowerBI)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with event tracking / behavioral analytics (Sensors, Mixpanel, GA)
• Familiarity with Airflow or data scheduling tools
• Interest in crypto/fintech industry
• Prior experience with large-scale data (Hive/Spark environment)
