Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale client activation and onboarding as it expands into new markets. You will design onboarding that makes regulatory complexity act as a competitive advantage, ensuring fast, compliant and consistent activation across geographies and product lines.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to build scalable, AI‑driven onboarding with vendor orchestration and risk controls, aiming to improve conversion and time to activate

Qualifications

• Built B2B onboarding/activation systems in regulated fintech.
• Exposure to consumer onboarding is valuable too.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation funnels from application to first value.
• Drive scalable onboarding architecture with configurable flows and decisioning.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and GTM to translate regulations into product requirements.
• Own activation funnel metrics and drive a data-driven roadmap.
